To tell me what exactly inside my laptop?
I've just brought a new laptop from eBay and wanted to know what exactly is inside it.

I assume the hardware components...
Get AIDA32 or Sisoft Sandra
Thats the one.
Thanks ever so much!
Berlarc Advisor, another alternative.
DXdiag for most things.
and Device manger for everything else.
You guys are too soon to jump to downloading stuff to do stuff for u that WINDOWS actually does right for you in the first place.
You have a point John, but why doesn't Windows put ALL of the info in one place, available with one click like BelArc does?Originally posted by _John_Lennon_@25 January 2004 - 22:06

Yes, but personally I prefer AIDA32. It is the most comprehensive tool for telling you everything about the components of your computer.

Techincally, it IS all in Windows Device Manager..........
Any of those progs is more user(noob?)-friendly.
Specially since something can be messed up in the Device Manager, while there's no harm with AIDA32 or Belarc
