Game Intros And Cut Scenes Help

intros and cut scenes..
in all my games they are playing frame by frame that sucks):
i even reinstalled my windows and it didn't help

anybody knows what to do?

JC, maybe its low memory thats causing the problem. do the actual gameplay run slow? if it does then some games use cutscenes and intros using the game engine. Other times its pre-rendered. it its pre-rendered, i dont think u'll have much of a problem. hope it helps
