Do we need our own Movie Database

Look at this topic, it´s a way we can build it. It will be a lot of work for starters but later on it will be just additions. Think if people are interested we have to form a team that can acces the database. It will be made read only for the other members. Opinions and remarks please. B)

btw this is just a rough example, ideas can be brought in to make it better

not A bad id but to make a whole story for one movie... isn't it better to make ONE topic were everybody can place there movies... (i know there is one but people don't seem to care) with a little info and a picture or something...

better is not a topic but something like it, people who can post there hashed (movie) and the topic auto set them in alfabetic order... so ONE list with only movie names (the hashes)

it's ment as an example. There can be one post only with the list of movies, and another one with info on the movies. Ofcourse we can do it the easy way and just link it to the imdb database.
If we leave it open for everyone to post it would be a mess in no time.

Thats an excellent idea there would be no more posts asking people whether or not to download somthin when they could just check the database.

So are only the MODs going to have access in this database? Like if we post a new moviein the verifieds, then will you guys move it to the database?

no we can create a team that can mod this specific database.

not the normal GM's.

the team could have people like Darth Sushi, Freek1 Share daddy (if he joins back in and why not you (Shini) if you feel up to it.....

And yes a team like this can be formed in every world room. B)

i was more thinking of all people having acces to it.. a white bar were they can putt there movie, game or what ever the database is for, hash in.. and than the databse auto puts it in A B C D order
