no tht card is very crappy if u want a 9600 go for a 9600pro or 9600XT 128MB not 256mb because as i heard from other ppl on the board no game requires 256mb it is actually possible to slow down performance with 256mb

so pay the little extra money and go for a 9600pro

I built a new computer and this was to be the card. Well the computer would not start right with the card in I tried my radeon 9000 and it worked fine so I sent it back to try again and guess what same thing. I thouth about living with the start up problem because it wasn't that big of a deal then the instaballity problems started. My computer would freeze or the screen would go black at random times. I finally decided to eat the 15% and go with a Geforce fx 5600 ultra and what a difference. DO Not try this card now it may be good in a few months when the bugs get worked out but don't get it now.

    amd 2600+
    biostar m4ncd prd
1.25 Gb kingston 2700 value ram
    wd 80 gb hd
geforce fx 5600 ultra it kicks

Gaint Antispyware is the #1 greatest Spyware/Adware cleaner ever created, I recomend it to everybody, even if you don't think you need it.

Stick with nivida Geforce Cards fx 5600 & above, no crappy ATI cards they are naff Never have liked them, always seemed to be a let down.

Hey you have had a Geforce card, what you thought of it? If happy buy another but FX5600 & above, 128Mb at least 256Mb is better, but it's a spec thing for 256mb ram
