yep I'll be the first to admit I haven't lately but when I first started I was religest about it
how come you didn't get it the day you got your licensee
in florida they have a big machine the makes it while you wait at the dmv

Here in California, when you pass, they give you a temp license (a white peice of paper with your license info), and they mail you the real thing in around 2 weeks. Got mine this morning. B)

I always wear it... I got used to it it's the first thing I do when I get in the car, If I'm not wearing it I just feel loose on the seat... I feel weird without it.
