I have been getting lots of e-mails and they all end up in .doc or something similar and I herd that there was a new virus out. This is the address of where it came from.

I know I have gotten viruses in the past, but all it takes is common sense to avoid viruses like these. If you don't know what the attachement is, then don't open it. Simple as that. signature removed, check the boardrules.
The person who "sent" you the virus was probably infected himself.

Norton stops them before they arrive. I am not a kid, I know not to open virus's
Im getting at least 5 mails a day with attactments such as .doc, .zip etc. Me simply block sender and tis all cool.

try "avast! Antivirus"
even has a P2P shield
