Nero And Tmpgenc Problems(please Help Me)

Pls. I need help every time I try to burn a movie(ex.SHREK) I encode it first at TMPGenc Plus, for a while it works until it reaches a certain percent(31%) where a window pops-up and it has an error(I forgot what it said) but when I looked, the movie was downloaded but it has no sound but there is a picture...can anyone help me fix this...pls. pls. pls. :helpsmile:

i found videofixer (latest version) to be better at fixing these probs than others. you might want to give that a go.
