Depends on what you need it for. Doesnt seem to support SSL, so would be no good for me.
One thing i'm confused by is "99.5% Server Uptime SLA (Optional) ". Whats this?
On the positive side "25GB Monthly Transfer" for £29.99 a year is a good deal

one of my host is ipower, and they are the best i've tried. I only use 1and1 for domain registration. they are too expensive for hosting.
If you're willing to pay for hosting, FlatFace.net is excellent.
