iye downloaded a few albums now but a lot of then is one big song! so i waswoundering if ther is any way to cut them so they have a brake in them and so my cd player will let me jump to a song?

It could be that they are are albumwraps. Does it mention this anywhere in the title?
If they are they can be split into individual tracks with the Albumwrap Extractor, found here.
Don't worry about trying it, the Extractor won't do any harm to the file if they are not Albumwraps.
