Well another year of my life wasted.
I am a littel late as usual posting this (insert procrastinator).
but this time it was due to my computer and not me (insert excuse).
I am dealing with motherboard capacitor problems.

I have enjoyed the people I have met and gotten to know over the last year.
I joke around alot and try to have a good time when posting.
I also help out when I can ( awnsering ?'s)

Often comments are made along the lines of "Don't take this board too
seriously" and "It's only the internet" so on and so on.

I agree for the most part.
Yet It's more than that actualy.

A few years back when the net broke big...Everyone was talking of the web
being the next big thing as far as commerce was concerned.
It was stated that in the next few years everything would be done
    over the internet....Television,radio,newspaper,movies...ect...ect.

Well the dot.com bubbels have burst and the dust has settled and alot of money has been lost....and many have been proven wrong.
While there are many wonderful possibilities involving the net....everyone
missed the most important and long lasting.....
    Communication.

That is why we get on here in the first place to talk,laugh,argue... and yes
    bitch and complain.

I dl movies and music, study, write, read and learn while I am here.
But take away our instant message's and e-mail....and what do you
    have...interactive television
Hell look at the transformation our own board has taken recently.
Just look at the address bar of your browser...
    Filesharingtalk.com

I have been on the net since 95 and have seen alot of forums come and go,
Yet this one feels special for some reason....I kinda hope it sticks around.

Thanks to everyone for a interesting year....and if you have picked
up anything from this forum during your time here... I hope
that it is the fact that Ketchup rules and all other condiments are mere
    shadows.

    Peace brotherdoobie

Congratulations brotherdoobie and really well said too. You are one of my favourite members ... I hope you enjoy the next year on here and many more. And keep dropping those pearls of wisdom on us. I'd never thought of dead 'orse (ketchup) in that way before but I think you're onto something there.

    Well said.

This forum is a rare opportunity to be insulted by people you otherwise would have never met.
Aren't we in the trust tree, thingey?

    Congrats :beerchug:
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
With your mind power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.
