This incident reminds me of the Live Aid concert in 1985. Mick Jagger and Tina Turner were singing a duet when he suddenly reached over and pulled her skirt off. That was broadcast on live TV too, but of course she was wearing underwear. And I believe that incident was spontaneous, unlike this one.
