how did ya do that? paste the song i cant figure it out

go to load, and click where it says load a friends, and then just say paste, then hit load of coarse

EDIT How to load a pasted one or how to paste your own?!
To paste your own, go to save, and at the bottom where you will see some ------ or something, right click and say select all, then say copy, then paste em here!!
EDIT2 Added a bit to my first one too, just edited it
