Hey, i was wondering if there was any player out there that lets u play vcds and svcds on ur comp without burning them, i don't have a dvd drive or player that plays that kinda of stuff so if u guys could help thx

Providing you have the right codecs they should work in Media Player, if not, open them in VideoLAN (www.videolan.org).

Yep VideoLAN will do that.
Or you could use daemon-tools to mount a disk image to a virtual drive and then play it.
