4.0 is the grade average.. 4.0=A so 4.0 solid means straight As...

I wish i had straight As, i qam currently however looking into certifacations...
that's weird. over here, staight 5's mean straight b's in a weighted system, and 4's mean c's. r u talking about honors classes or regular?

Oh god you have said this to me a million times - SHUT UP. Stop fighting for something that isn't worth it.
no, YOU shut up. i'm not fighting with anyone. >:|

i made a post, then i made two more posts to try to make the first one more clear. arguing about computers is like arguing on the internet-- they're both for retards anyway.

Ah, that makes some sense...
If A=4 and B=3, C=2 etc then I got a 3 average for 5th year at High School (5 highers, physics (A (band 1 ), chemistry (B ), maths (B ), geography (B ), english (c )) [/b][/quote]
Well if your strength is in physics, that is a good thing. What kind of physics is it if it is not calculus based? AFAIK, physics is a nightmare. Part of Calculus is physics applications like "a ball is fall in at speed x at time z it hits particle y find the time they collide"...arrggh

Oh, and I forgot to tell you THANKS! 4th gen, you are the one who taught me how to take a screenshot..classic..

You should send some of this weather to me, its been raining for a week now over here.
There's a way to send weather?
If it's not through email, I ain't sending

By the way DWK, you speak very good english, Is Guatemala an english speaking country?
Well thank you. No, Guatemala isn't an english-speaking country. It's quite the opposite. The "official" language is spanish. However, most people (even though they say they aren't) are mayan-descendant, so there are about 20+ (major) mayan languages, each according to the region they are located.

Check this out:

Nice grades adam
When I got out of high school, my average would be a 3/B/83. However, university has been a bitch. I won every class in the first semester with good grades (again, a good 3/b/8x average). However, the second semester was a bad one. Only passed one class, and with the minimum. Now I'm battling to get my average up and running again
But now it's gonna be harder with a job hehe jk well at least I'm learning more responsibility than what I had.

Olololol. Lemme see. The courses I take every year are mostly 2 important ones: Math and Physics (the other is computer programming, but this is more because of system engineering rather than just engineering). I guess they help you be patient and think about stuff before you do it. It's pretty hard, but it just takes time to learn

I'm currently pushing a 4.0 the last two semesters, only problem, my second semester in college I decided the alcohol and MJ were my best friends, and came out with a 1.3, so my career average has been suckin' wind. I've finally got it to 3.03; hopefully I can get it up to at least a 3.5, and keep it there.
That one bad semester's really does stay with you, and haunt you the rest of your college span.
Olololol. The story of my 2nd semester Although it didn't involve alcohol and/or MJ It involved going to play pool and counter-strike Stupid me

Bleh long post again
Peace

The physics I used to do in high school was the calculus based kind. "If you apply a force of 80N to a 10Kg box what is the acceleration" (obviously one of the easy examples ). At uni I was doing Mechanics & Materials and Waves & Optics.

You're welcome, I like to help out as many people as I can, I take great satisfaction from it
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
