honesly i don't find many effects and stuff to put on a banner with fireowrks
and i had to uninstall photoshop -not enough HD-
aww, that sux. Photoshop is great, but there are alternatives.
Have you tried flash?
Flash MX 2004 is really cool.
Swish is awesome
FlashButtons Really just buttons, but a cool flash site nevertheless
Particle Illusion is great for effects, but it's really for making cool avi videos, but that can be imported into flash
The Gimp Homepage
Windows Installers for the Gimp
The Gimp is an art program comparable to Photoshop and completely FREE!
PaintShop Pro is okay, but Photoshop is better.
ULead Systems has some great programs like ULead gif animator and plug-ins for Photoshop.

HAHAHA, well, you could always do searches for Photoshop Plug-ins and Styles (like NovaSearch).
They make life almost too easy.
