I downloaded a full concert from Kazaa and I would like to
take the audio from it and make a CD from it, what I need
to know is how. so far I have yet to find any program that
might be able to do this.
I don't want the audio to sound bad, like through a mic. My
Question is can this be done? And if so what kind of program
will do it...

Download VirtualDub. Load in your video file, go to Audio>Full processing mode. Then go to File>Save WAV. Specify the output filename and directory. Then once the program has created the WAV, you can either burn that straight to disc, or you can convert manipulate the WAV (splice, convert etc...)
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
