Mmm. i've never seen any kind of format in F-Disk. I've always had to format my partitions after using F-Disk, either in dos or windows!
PROBLEM SOLVED FOLKS!! I just had to make my comp boot directly from my CDROM. It was booting from my floppy, don't know why. Thanks so much for your help guys.
