Tmpgenc Help

i downloaded lotr rotk bin files and i tried mounting the first bin file with tmpgenc. It mounted it fine but it could not be open or played. Could it be that I didnt finish downloading all of it? The first bin seemed to be finished though. What i simply want to know is hjow to get a bin file to a mpeg or avi file. thanks
