Adobe PhotoShop and ArcSoft PhotoStudio.Arcsoft will work good for acquiring the photos from the camera and some per-liminary cleanup.If more detailed editing is needed that's where PhotoShop comes in.I use Arcsoft for cleaning up my scans.

Macromedia Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop (neither for the faint of heart).

I tried the Easyshare software...
Then went straight back to Photoshop. B)
