Upload your image to another host.

I have tried SigX, Village Photos & at least one other, none seem to work!
If it's showing up as a sig, why not as an avatar?

Bear in mind that I don't know a lot about image manipulation, but the only way I can think of to solve your problem is to make the filesize of each frame of animation smaller. You can do this by putting each frame through Photoshop 'save for web' function, then recompiling the animation with the smaller filesizes. This won't make the image smaller, just the filesize.

You'll lose a bit of the quality, but that's not likely to be a problem when it's as small as that.

It doesnt show up as sig - you reached your daily bandwidth so no image is displayed. Maybe you see it cause it's in your cache but we don't see it due your bandwidth overusage.

I've removed my sigs, uploaded it to http://www.chinkii.com/ & still I get the same error message
