So you have to choose one from the webpages?

and not from your computer?

If u want one from your computer it has to be uploaded to a site that host pictures u can find some in that guide. And then once uploaded u just get the URL and place it where it asks for your avatar in "My Controls"

Edit: Yes you can choose any avatar you wish just as long it doesnt break the rules
