    my favourite meat is Lamb with mint sauce on yum yum!

    Yes. It is hard to beat a casserole made in a slow sooker. I dont think we use them enough.

    They work really well with cheap cuts, as the meat has a lot of time to tenderise. So you can ensure it is cooked thorougly, without drying it out.
