If the image you post is more than 500 pixels in width, it will be replaced with a link instead.

Post an image less than 500 pixels wide, it shows up.
Post an image more than 500 pixels wide, it's replaced with a link.

I can't believe I can't post a fucking image, people got all bent out of shape because of the friggen skin, I could care less about appearance, but to censor our post is unacceptable

if this doesn't change I think I'll go somewhere else, this is just not right
how can you guys feel good about blocking pics, thats the most fucked up thing I have ever herd of

Did you ever think that oversized pictures were becoming a hassle for others?

Oversizing is expected in desktop screenshot topics but elsewhere its not exactly useful.

For IE users, oversized images are fine - They can use the horizontal scroll bar to check. Some browsers (e.g. Mozilla Firebird) do not have horizontal scrolling (yet), at least for this site for some reason.

You have no idea how many times I've gone down a topic, seen those oversizeds and wonder what the f*** you're on about - Because I can rarely see the part of the pix that shows the point

That, and those which are oversized expand the whole damn topic over - You may like to scroll back and to, back and to to read each line but I sure as hell don't.
