sweet natured.........let me put it like this: she is when she needs something, otherwise she doesn't even look at us.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, to discover that she's sitting on my chest just staring at me. I told Bender about this, and he told me that she does that all the time, for hours and hours in a row!!!
I just hope she's not going to eat me

@Skweeky: No, I was referring to Simba, Wocus' cat.

However, regarding yours: If she sits there on your chest and stares down at you, either Sphinx style or upright, what she is doing is worshipping you...
and you should value that cat beyond all feline understanding.

I had a cat that did that, and I miss her very much.

My own is much more plain about the issue, she simply jumps up on my lap and nuzzles me until I pay attention to her.
