Basically this is a P2P were all the content of the network is DRM'd. I don't think this will really catch on. Another way to try and profit off the P2P explosion. I personally wouldn't sign up for this.

You may upload any and all digital media that you OWN. This digital media is material that you produced yourself, or media or material that you purchased the legal rights to. YOU CANNOT UPLOAD OR SHARE DIGITAL WORKS OF ANY TYPE THAT ARE OWNED BY OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES. This includes, but is not limited to, copywritten works by musical artists, filmmakers, producers, songwriters, or any other individual's intellectual property. In other words, if you didn't create it, and possess the original recorded file, or buy the rights to a specific piece of content, you cannot use PeerProfit™ to share and profit from said digital media, materials and works. Digital media must be provided in it's original un-DRM'd format in the Windows Media format (preferrably WM9).
