Hi-Definition
This is kinda odd, but i am downloading from mirc and bittorrent. I paused the bt download, and my download on mirc went to 60kb/s. I started it again, and the download went to 14kb/s. What gives?
this is about two differant p2p programs so i put it here.

Muchspl2 is saying (very inventively) that your bandwidth is being bottlenecked.

The main thing that becomes bottlenecked on broadband connections is UPLOAD bandwidth. If free upload bandwidth runs low, download speed drops immensely. On the other hand, if free download bandwidth runs low, upload speeds may not drop much at all -- assuming full-duplex operation.
