Cant Azu limit the upload on torrents individually?
I think we could in 2.0.6.0, but after the upgrade I cant seem to find it.
is it still there or what?

No, Azureus never could, not even in older versions.
There's only the option to limit globally, which the programmers deem 'fairer' since it won't give people the option to leech certain torrents and others not.

That's the number of simultaneous uploads per torrent you're talking about.
Not the max upload bandwidth.

Update to 2.0.7.1CVS and its now 3 by default
