Anti Aliasing and Anisotropic filtering are things used to smooth the image. Basicly they just make the graphics look smoother, but also hurt performance. That is a good card, but not having at least 8 pipelines is hurting its performance..It should be default set to application based...so a game will turn it on if u can use it.
I dont want to post benchmarks of the new cards really yet...I prob will end up doing it. It is so confrentational right now lol they are so close...Im starting to think the 6800Ultra is the best though, especially since there is talk bout the x800xt pe being cancled...if it isnt already.
