Contrast/brightness

hi, i have downloaded the k-lite codec pack 2.24 full. it has the media player classic in it, when i play a movie how do i change the brightness etc. i went to options and clicked on mpeg-decoder which brought up the brightness etc, so i moved the slides but it made no difference to the movie. i had paused the movie while doing this

EDIT: i have uninstalled the k-lite codec pack 2.24 and installed the mega codec pack thinking it would make a difference, but i still cant change the contrast/brightness etc :helpsmile: and its driving me mad

ummm ,the only mpeg at hand was a vob i just tried .The brightness works fine for me

i just tried it mate on the latest friends ep ,& it dosnt work sorry mate
