Thread: Overclocking Help

    I just overclocked my athlon xp 1800+ it was running at 1.53 mhz now it is running at 1.71mhz. My fsb was 133mhz and auto v-core now it is fsb 148 mhz and 1.825 v-core. My current temps are 54 CPU and 40 Case. What should i do? Also can any one help me over clock my videocard it is a radeon 7000?

    What was your vCore when it was on auto?
    Is your memory running synchronous?
    Is your system stable at these settings?

    Where are your temp readings coming from?

    40 degC sounds kinda high for case ambient.
    Does that drop significantly if you remove your sidepanel?

    I run my xp1800 at 1804mhz, 157fsb, 1.55(stock)vcore. whin i get my new mobo it will be oced to 2.2 ghz. oh ya its a tbread-b.

    That is a pretty significant jump you plan on making.

    i want to know how to go about overclocking my video card. can some one find me a program or get on aim and walk me through it? i have a radeon 7000.

    my radeon 7000 is showing no drivers on that program
