Your no dummy what I ment was some cleanup program 's when you cancel before it completes it takes up a lot of space .
Yes and i did get what you ment...the edit was clear and i did appreciate the thought ( first thing i ask anyone when their car won't start is if they have fuel )

got a tech guy to look at it and he was just as supprised at the drive showing the extra size as i was, but the computer management says the system is healthy so we are just letting it ride and i have backed up all the important stuff on another machine so not too concerned and are just going to do a re-install
