Too Much E-mail

I always get hundreds of e-mails about new topics at this forum.
How do i stop this?

go here and remove the email notifications. then go here and here and unsubscribe from any topics and/or forums that you may be subscribed to.

Another thing i don't get is why stupid people are always nagging that questions
are posted off topic.Mine was posted to problems and questions,i.m.o.
Besides,even if it was off topic,what's the big deal!!!!!!??????
