It's a common attack, doesn't look like anything to worry about, they just ping around for unsuspecting computers.
if possible, just block anything with ending: dip.t-dialin.net
or block
212.185.44.0 - 212.185.47.255
217.224.0.0 - 217.237.161.47
or basically:
217.0.0.0 - 217.255.255.255
