Only Parts Of Movies

I downloaded some movies, and I am only able to view about 10 seconds of it. The bar below will continue to play as if the movie is still going, however, the screen remains frozen. I also can hear the sound as if the movie is still going, how can I fix this?

Redownload. Looks like you have corrupted\bad video frames. Look for another version if possible and please, don't multiple post, whether accidental or not.

Yuo can jump over those corrupted frames by using the sider bar. If yuo don't have the newest divx codec get it right away. It also helps getting over those parts, in problem areas pic freezes but when yuo get over it.
