I don't believe CAB files can be repaired.
THere is a program called kchecker, it is used to download the portions that are corrupted(n3v3r tred !t th0ugh). Or I dunno.

If you got the same one as most people it has to be a bin and cue go here to see where to get CDmage.

Once you have checked it with CDmage go to View - Sector Browse at the bottom will be the bad bits now highlight all the bits then right click "repair" then save the file.
If that doesn't work your buggered.
