K-Lite v2.7 Beta 4a

Changes KL 2.7 BETA 4 > KL 2.7 BETA 4a

* Fixes GDI leaks in KMD 2.7.x
* Updated BannedIPsUpdater to 1.0.3

Notes:

* This is a BETA build, it does not reflect the quality of a finished product, please post any issues, no matter how minor they would seem.

Please note that this is an update version for K-Lite 2.7 Beta 4 only. K-Lite 2.7 Beta 1-3 users have to update to Beta 4 first.

why not WARN people FIRSTthat this klite version will not install unless you have windows media player installed...which i don't [cos it SUX].

more than 95% of windows users have WMP so .....why should we do that?

well, WIndows comes with Windows Media PLayer and the average user probably wont uninstall it. Personally, I have it installed but dont use it. I know there are some programs that rely on Windows Media PLayer

Not ALL versions of Windows comes with Windows Media Player.

Is it just me, or is there a problem uploading with K-lite 2.7? I'm sharing 2500 files, and it NEVER uploads ANYTHING.
