I'm just upgrading to XP2500 on A7N8X with DDR400 mem. So far I've OC'd to 11x182MHz (=2002MHz) but I seem to hit a wall above this point, although everything is totally stable at 182MHz base frequency.. This guide seems to indicate that I need to increase my core voltage.
Unfortunately I seem to have got one of the newer locked cores, so I can't change the multiplier. But I'm pretty sure that's not a problem anyway (at the moment). I'll leave it folding overnight before I try anything new. If necessary, I'll swap processors with a friend. He got one of the early XP2500 cpu's, but if anyone suggested anything other than standard settings he'd probably have a fit.
