If the pic is less than 100KB then you can go to "My controls>Edit signature"
Then upload the picture and you'll get a link. Just paste the link into your reply. If the picture is larger than 100KB you can resize it (open with paint and go to image>stretch/skew, type in appropriate values).
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
