why dont you try it out? if it does work then keep the samsung, if not then keep the corsair. there is no harm with just trying it out.

if i sell the samsung, i only get between $60-$80. but if i sell the corsair, i get $100-110. plus, the samsung did come with my original system. not sure if that's a bonus, but still.

and with the $116, i'm might sell my 9600 and get myself a 9800 pro for 212 at newegg

just ran 2 benchies, and noticed significant decrease in scores. that sucks. but my vd card is at stock, and the benches in my sig are when my 9600 is oced. but a 9800pro oced to 9800xt with as5 will drown out the minor crappiness with my ram.

looks good. now, i need to get some heatspreaders or sinks.

yes it should, i agree the fact with you clocker about the heat spreaders, but i beleive that ramsinks will work.

also abu, you have some serious ethical problems if you were even thinking of rma'ing it, and if you did rma the other stuff.

i didn't rma anything. everything i have i sold on ebay. besides, newegg won't even let me rma my ram.

so i have no ethical issues. ok, maybe some, but not in this area
