    Is the file description, by any chance 'Verified Downloads' ? I had this problem before. It comes from the program Destop Verifieds. To delete it, reboot your pc in safe mode, find the file and delete it (you will be allowed to delete it in safe mode), then reboot in normal mode.

    The file will be gone.
