Has an English Manager ever won the English Premiership ?

There`s only three teams won the premership.I was gonna say howard wilkinson but when he was the manager of leeds it was the old first division.

That was the old Division 1 I think

It was in 91/92 season which was the last year for the old first division.Not a good year for mr wilkinson as heard dropped bollock by selling cantana for only a million.

So would I be correct in saying that the only managers to have won the English Premiership would be 2 Scotsmen and a Frenchman ?
