From what I understand, "Kazaa" kept out of court because their software was...free, that since no profit was mading by program, no wrong has been comitted. Kazaa"GOLD" on the other hand seems to be profiting from the sharing of..."files". Would a call to the RIAA, FBI, or what have-you be..appropiate?

It gets redirected with that email. So if you sent a bunch of flame emails, you're sending to people who you don't know and probably don't even know what the hell is kazaa gold.
