Bittorrent Tracker Problem

whenever i try to download a file on the new shadows client i keep on getting a problem connecting to tracker and it stays like this forever. i am using zone alarm pro 4.5.what can i use to fix this problem?

hmm u said u have zone alarm right. perhaps that is bloking the ports. try opening them. there is a guide here in the tips and tricks
