Yes I believe that was Particle Accelerator at Brookhaven's Lab. Some people even say that had something to do with junior JFK's plane crash.
Dont know the validity of that. Its buried like 16-17 feet under ground. Accelerator was used to create conditions similar at the time of Big Bang.
