Thread: Soothing Music

1. #1
I need some soothing music which will play in the background while I will give a presentation. I will be doing some talking as well so you know what kind of music doesnt fit in. Any suggestions (with a link to the file as well)

Thanks much,
I.am

What type of presentation?
what type of people r coming?
what does the room look like?
night or day?

once this information is clarified
i will fully grasp your requirements

Johann Sebastian Bach's Goldberg Variations would be a great one IMO.

Preferably the later of the two recordings by Glenn Gould(That's the 1981 recording rather than the 1955 - it's a bit more laid-back than the earlier one), but any recording should do the trick.

edit: here's the link

Some Mozart or Beethoven. Some classical is quite soothing

Just make sure you listen to the whole thing if you do download one because it would be VERY embarrasing if you talkin and then all of a sudden it starts screeching

Well its a presentation in front of about 80-100 people. I just want to keep their focus and attention on the presentation and not let them doze off like I do generally.

Thanks everyone so much , I am going with one of Mozart's symphonies.

Have a great day,
