    I think it means exhibition of tents of Hottentots. Because I pieced several parts of the phrase together......it is a valid word too.

    Commonplace. I know this because I'm South Asian and it's used to describe malaria all the time.

    Then I would imagine in southeast Asia malaria is indeed a quotidian occurrence.

    How about apodictical?
