Doesn't look that bad. Who told you you had too many running processes?

Get rid of that bloated Norton pro and get Norton Corporate or some other av.
^^ that was the first thing I noticed, avg uses less resources and don;t think you need lxbkbmon or lvcoms running

You can get rid of all the lexmark crap unless you use the quick start software of lexmark and the alg.exe .
