My pc crashes when I try to load outlook express, kazaa, try to play games or run videos. the screen freezes and a black dotted line appears across the screen.
The pc has an Athlon 2ghz processor, 512 mb ram and a geforce 64mmx videocard.
can anyone help

What OS are you running? 98, W2K, XP.....................Check for latest drivers, updates and defrag see if any luck in that fashion.

i would also suggest norton utilities. it scans for lots of problems
including conflicts with applications.
