I think he is just a attention whore, I mean come on,you could be accurate but I have seen the likes of IN on other forums and they are all the same

Unfortunately the Mods are in a no win situation Squeeky. If they intervene they are interfering and if they dont itervene they are wrong. I dont envy them.
One of them pretends to be someone else too.

If I step in at this point, it means putting him on moderation again. Which means watching him created countless numbers of accounts... again. Which means everyone else here gets more annoyed... again. And frankly, I don't have the patience for it. When he posted his website repeatedly, I warned him not to do it, he continued, and then his site was desecrated. I can't control what happens there. When he starts 20 topics in one night with basically the same subject, he is going to draw flame, and he has to realize this by now. I'm still not sure whether it is done intentionally to troll and cause trouble, which I'm becoming more convinced of by the day, or whether he just genuinely doesn't understand the consequences of his actions.

Friendly words of advice that ANY of us mods/admins have ever had for him have always been ignored, or even spurned - however cheerful his smiley filled rebuff may have been. We have tried.

So what do we do at this point, realizing that from a mod standpoint, it means that we have two options, account suspension or moderation of his account/accounts.

But something has to happen. And for the moment I think it would be better for his own sake if he just left.
