I'm trying to convert The Ring from an Xvid AVI to an MPEG compliant SVCD but when i try to extract the audio using VirtualDub, I get an error saying that no suitbale audio decompressor could be found. However, when I run Gspot, it says that I have the appropriate audio codecs installed and it even plays perfect in Windows Media Player so I must have the correct codecs.
Has anyone else encountered any problems like this and if so how did you sort it.
Cheers
